How must I train a German Shepherd Dog?
My german Shepherd is 2 Years old.
I took my German Shepard to Dog Obedience classes, everyone loves a German Shepard, the trainer wanted to walk with her and do the sit and heal thing with her, because she learned it the first class!! You can teach them anything, I taught my dog that I wanted her to “go potty” in a certain part of our yard, and she learned the word “potty”, works esp well in the winter!!! They are very smart dogs! The age isnt a factor.
Females can be a bit stronger willed than males, I have trained both, but, it still doesnt take long because of their intelligence level…
I found out about the classes through the local 4-H group.
