Fair rent for the tenant / petsitter?
I'm going this summer, possibly in September and October as well. I rent my house at a subsidized price someone who would take care of my two cats. They are not demanding. This house is in a college town, where rents run high, and where space holiday near the university is usually taken. This house is near the university, the bus line and shops – a convenient place. Normally rents for about 800.00 dollars with no furniture, no services. Is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, furnished, plenty of storage space, large porch and fenced back yard garden and locked the door. Is outdated bathroom with bath but no shower. Dishwasher, washer, dryer all present. AC system is robust. I left the pantry stocked, and the tenant would be welcome to anything there. Cat care involves keeping clean litter box, washing away change every week, fresh food water every day and occasionally let in and out, taking to investigate if necessary. Electricity would be included in the rent. What would be fair?
While this seems a great deal for someone, it is necessary to step back a minute .. They have a responsibility to your house and cats. That is quite high. You should feel lucky if you find someone who is responsible at all. If you are a church, ask the pastor for a name, free would be right, since it has to think of an open-ended term, and may not be able to easily able to find a place at the end of time.

Catch 22
$11.18
Catch 22 is easily the largest musical departure for Peter Tägtgren and crew, a risky maneuver in the often claustrophobic underground death metal community. The songwriting all accentuates big choruses that tend to stick in your head with minimal effort to have it do so, and a dramatic melodic intervention envelops the record in a newfound air of accessibility. The disc is far from limp-wristed — the crunching guitars still soar over the vocals, which are actually occasionally sung and not shrieked in addition to grandiose instrumentation — but the disc title says it all: progress and be called a sellout by cliquish devotees; write the same album again and again and be called boring, the classic catch 22. Well, this record is also a classic catch 22, even if some fans fall away. ~ Brian O’Neill, Rovi Performers: Lars Szöke – Drums; Mikael Hedlund – Bass; Peter Tägtgren – Guitar, Keyboards, Vocals
