Where can I find this dog collar I saw on TV?

Does anyone know where to find those 2 piece collars for dogs? One side says the owners name with an empty bone/heart and the other side says the pets name and goes onto jewelry, which contains the other side of the bone/heart, kinda like the animal equivalent to the “broken heart” jewelry where someone has the other half of a heart?
