looking for a new puppy. love pitbulls?

Ok, so we used to have a blue nose pitbull and was the most beautiful puppy and when she was 3 years of age had to be sacrificed cause neighbors called animal control when it came out and insisted that was crushed. however, we find a new puppy for our family of 4 and want another puppy love. I could really use some suggestions for my children. Nothing is too big. medium enterprises. affair with the family. adorable puppy. without stirrups. well with other dogs. Appreciated.
