Is this a good choice for a desktop computer?

I'm looking for a team that is good for school (I have 17 and you want to use it for school and then college next year (I'm in the makeup and art)) so it should be fast enough and has enough space for Adobe Photoshop and all my files and music. Is this is a good choice? What are the most important benefits and cons? Thanks! I can not get a laptop because laptops tend to have more problems and I want a desktop anyway. What about this too? The holidays are near and there will be many good buys in computers. I would suggest a 17 "" laptop, the laptop screen .. big … big … portable keyboard and wireless internet and wireless printer can be located anywhere instead of your home. Desk tops are great … but bulky. When you go to college, you have all the space you can get. I like laptops Toshiba … look at your site for special too …. shop and shop and shop .. before buying … not compulsive! It will give the best bang for the buck. Also I like the Intel … because they seem to generate less heat. Also a sign of a good laptop is that it has long battery life / The number of minutes / hours that will run only on battery.
