Read a story of puppy mill?
I know this is not the place for recreation or to comment, but I recently wrote a story of my own mill dog rescue personnel, Sasha, a 9 German shepherd and I would like the yahoo A dog section to read it. Here is the link to the story, we are the first: http://www.aspca.org/fight-animal-cruelty/puppy-mills/puppy-mills-your-stories.html trust: What do to fight puppy mills? ** Published ** by the ASPCA for the dog owner, I too am a savior:) I do both! This story was picked up by the ASPCA out of nowhere and I'm very proud of it. @ Annie, Sasha was discovered ransom actually mentioned in an auction lot for sale by Junior Horton mill in Coshocton County, Ohio a few years ago. I have no idea to whom it sold, but was abandoned later in the Animal Shelter Coshocton County. No doubt that is the same dog, which has the exact "brands." If want to call their flaws brands. Maybe I should not have let it out?
Support actually rescues dogs from rescue organizations and press politicians. Additional information: I think that was my point – although that is not what this forum is for. ASPCA HSUS and use these stories to get people thinking done are helping these rescues, it is on the ASPCA site. But in reality it was a local rescue and spend the money on the bailout, not the ASPCA. The money donated to HSUS and ASPCA goes to political lobbying – often for reasons iniatated Bravo PETA to give Sasha a great home. He also helped save actually rescues, provide medical care and find homes for large dogs puppymill.
