dog training excessive barking

Please help! Dog Training Questions?
In order to keep my dog for our new apartment I have to be able to "fix" the following questions. I just found out today that we have to go and have less than 2 weeks to make this help if you please! I do not have much money and can not afford to buy "extras" for training as a clicker. 1) Excessive Barking 2) is not completely the formation house 3) When you open the door, exhausted, then not come to you. This morning, I went though our complex for 2 hours before his corner. 4) not listening .. You call her name and she will know if you want to meet you.
