Cowgirl halloween costume.?

So I want to be a cowgirl for Halloween, but
I’m not quite sure what I should get? I was thinking
either short frayed shorts from like Abercrombie
or something and a plaid button up shirt with cowboy
boots and a cowboy hat. Or a sundress with some
brown in it and brown cowboy boots and a brown
cowboy hat? and then maybe drawing some freckles
on my nose? I don’t know just some ideas. Can someone
make me a costume? I don’t want to buy it from like
Party City or something, I want to make it my own. Maybe
pick me out a cute dress from Forever 21 or Urban Outfitters
or like a plaid shirt from American Eagle or something?
And some cute cowboy boots and a hat that aren’t too expensive.

Goo with brown, tan, or denim frayed shorts.. and the button up shirt.. make sure the sleeves are rolled up..

and do the hat with the matching boots, and maybe some pigtails.. :]]
